I dated this girl for a couple of months but I'm not anymore cause I ****ed it up but I was thinking about this time I met up with her and met her family at this block party in her neighborhood. At the end of the night she thanked me for coming up to see her and apoligized for her neighbor because she felt I might I have felt uncomfortable when her neighbor referred to us as boyfriend and girlfriend. My girl also mentioned she didn't know how to respond and wasn't sure how i felt about what her neighbor said. I think I could have said something like "I am your boyfriend" or something along those lines (I'm autistic not great with words) to lock down a relationship. You guys agree?
