“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

So me and this girl have been friends for over 2 years, and we only started flirting like a couple of months ago, right before the summer holidays.
We started hanging out and seeing each other almost every day the last 3 weeks before the summer holiday started, and suddenly out of nowhere we just kissed. It was quite romantic though. We went surfing that day, and when we were going to go back, we found that we lost our train, so we had to wait 3 hours for the next one. We decided go to a local pub just to have some food and a pint and really enjoyed each others company. It turned out to be a really good day and I ended up sitting with her in my arms in a sofa and we just talked for hours, we had such a good time.

When we got up to the train station we found out we had to get a train to another station so we could catch our train back home, and it turned out we had to wait at this station, in the middle of nowhere for 2 and a half hour till we could get our train back.
At this point it it was raining very heavily, which really didn't do anything: we were just stood out in the train, on a train station, in the middle of nowhere, hugging each other. It was quite romantic actually, and suddenly we just started to kiss & we could kiss for 5 minutes straight, several times. When we then got our train back we said goodbye with a very intimate kiss and both said it was an awesome day. After that we saw each other several times, I made dinner and we ended up watching movies in my room etc. She would stay the night and we would cuddle and kiss but we never slept together.

Then the summer holidays came and I knew I wouldn't see her during the summer, so I was really looking forward to see her again in September.
When I now saw her, (I made us dinner and we shared a bottle of red wine) and she was going to leave, she gave me a hug as usual, and I thought we were going to kiss, but she turned her head away, heading out the door, smiled and said goodbye.

After that she came over to mine again, where we just watched a couple of movies.. when she then was going to leave, I laid in my bed and I thought I'd go for a kiss, she turned her head away again, so I kissed her on the cheek and got a hug as usual.. now.. I don't know what to do, and how to processed...
I did send her a text just to brake that little awkwardness and made a joke out of it, she responded and laughed and that is two days ago now.

What do I do from here? How do I processed? And why is she turning me down?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

i stopped after this line: "She would stay the night and we would cuddle and kiss but we never slept together."

you fell of the escalation ladder. it happens. not sure why in this case tho. you guys were friends, somehow it turned into something more intimate then ... you missed your chance of having sex with her and most of the time (if not always) you wont get a second one. she is gone. sorry.

There is saying on here "he who hesistates masturbates".

It's not just that, girls feelings change like the weather and I have learned not to take it so personally. One week a girl could be really into you and then a week later, she could be cold and distant.

They're the fairweather sex out of the two.

Flashpoint is spot on. It was a limited time offer. Read his post twice.

Plus not seeing each other for the summer didn't help. "Out of sight is out of mind."

Nothing you can do now.

Perseverance is also correct that their feelings change like the weather. This is why it is so important to "Strike when the iron is hot."

If you've known her 2 months and never kissed her, it's over, nevermind 2 years! You could have great sex for 2 years and it would still be over after that much time. A woman wants to believe that when she meets the right guy she'll feel something immediately.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
