Recording Patterns

I just recorded my first pattern and I really feel that I sound like, well strange is a understatement. Embedded commands sounds okey, but doing patterns.

Any person who have experience with this? Did you think that you felt all stupid, wierd or just plain strange? Is just because I am not used of my own voice?

I think the difference between you recording them and saying them to a woman is that at least when you are talking to a woman you will pause and she might say something and it will flow more like a conversation.
