These are the pillars that should define everyone's reality :
  • Who you are - Your status, Your sense of identity, and what you deserve out of life. Keep those things in mind. Have a clear understanding of who you are and what you wanna become.

  • Your values, Your opinions, and your sense of humor. As a man you cannot allow yourself to be intimidated by superficial values. Everyone who came into this world is going to die one day, the richest of people and the poorest of people. So, you do not have to be mesmerized or intimidated by anyone. It's not going to last.

  • Personal Boundaries. You are your own person with your own sense of personal boundaries. If you do not like anything about a girl, tell her. Stop being afraid of losing her, because if you do not define your personal boundaries, you'll slowly lose yourself.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
