For you that own a pair, are they good? I find a good looking pair on ebay for $25. Is that a fair price or are they probably fake.

No, that's perfectly legit. They are marketing them as "Gucci style loafers", and not "Gucci loafers". There's a huge difference between the two. What you're thinking of is keyword spamming (i.e. "Abercrombie Gap Hollister Structure Diesel Jeans size 32x32").
