gaba is worthless along with all those other so called HGH boosters. Save your money..

You probably are a newbie to lifting (just like me), my recommendation to you is to eat a lot of meat (chicken, turkey, steak, tuna) and stay away from all of those. I would rather use my good 15 dollars on 15 cans of tuna instead of some chemical crap...

(I started serious lifting, 2 months ago, and I am proud to see some good results... all natural.
