“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I'm currently trying to bulk up, and I have naturally skinny wrists. My forearms are a little bit bigger than they used to be, but not much. I've heard farmer's walks can really build up your forearms, so I'm thinking of giving that a try. How often should you do them, though? And when? Also, how much weight should you do it with? Like say I do about 35lbs for bicep curls (8-10 second reps), what's a good weight for farmer's walk?

btw I'm 6'5 and 112lbs lolz

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

My forearms respond best to heavy deadlifts, powercleans and heavy shrugs (i do farmer's walk with the shrug dumbbells. It's a fact that forearms grow in response to heavy weight in a static position.

Farmer's walk are an awesome exercise for the forearms. It's hard to tell where to start. And biceps curls won't tell jack about how much you can do a farmer's walk with. Try it out and feel where you land. IMO the best range to use is around 40 meters.
