Question about being nice.

We all know girls don’t like nice guys though they say they do. Their actions say otherwise. I know for me even though I get a more harsher rejection, if I come with them with direct sexual intent they will be like oh your so flirty stop it! But I can tell they like it even if they are slightly taken aback, even the innocent looking girls. However I do know for a fact women do look for emotional support and stability so if you come at them sexually first you might hit that carnal desire you won’t get their emotional side which most girls want. How do you guys game girls who are looking for a relationship but still want to hit fast?
