At least 3 weeks ago, I must have pulled a muscle on my right side. It runs from my waist up to almost my arm pit. I guess you could say its on the side of the rib cage. I think I hurt it either shoulder pressing or benching to much. It hurts when I'm sitting down, but otherwise I can't feel it. The pain was a lot worse the first week. But, not its been around 3 weeks and I still have pain when I'm sitting down. I haven't been working out at all while its been hurt either.

Should I see a doctor? How much longer is this pain going to stay around? Is there anything I can do to treat it at home? I would really like to get back into the gym. I don't want to throw away all the gains I've made in the last year.
