“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

you disregarded a LOT of things, like forearms, back, glutes, neck, etc. Sheesh. There's reasons why there's lots of machines and lots of different exercises. why do you want to try to skip legs, etc?

Of course it is. Bodyweight exercises give your body a more natural look in my opinion. You won't really be able to help your weaknesses and such without direct resistance training though.

Also, you don't need to be disregarding anything. Legs and core should be the primary focus of your training. Add squats, sit-ups, hip-bends and lots of walking into your routine and you'll about cover everything. I'd even cut out push-ups unless you're doing it plyometrically, dips work your chest plenty.

I recommend getting a set of dumbbells. You might find a cheap set on Craigslist. Once you get them, skies the limit.

u can MAKE (adjustable weight) dumbbells, just by adding water, and eventually, sand, to 1 gallon jugs, like antifreeze containers. you can make a kettleball that is adjustable as to its weight, too. Just read my post about that. Costs about $20. Take it with you to anyplace that has weight plates. A hunk of pipe or heavy rod, from the scrap yard, with the jugs of sand, can be used to make a set of workout weights for the beginner. Use your public LIBRARY, man. have the people there show you how to use the 'BOOKS IN PRINT" catalog, then order the books from the INTERLIBRARY BOOK LOAN system. u can also google for Utube videos about workouts, with and without weights, naturally.

I did press ups 4 times a week for a few months and i noticed i was achieving less and less but i did have improvements in the beginning.

Now I do weights, just stick to compound exercises like squats, bench press, deadlifts, rows and some power cleans and within a few months I have got a lot stronger and people have noticed.

So overall, I would say, it works but you will not have the same rate of improvement as weights and you just need to eat right too, thats half the battle.

In theory you can get a pretty good-looking body from just those exercises, but I would add in things like planks and sprints.

The problem with body weight exercises is that the only way to really overload yourself is to either a) do crazier exercises, or b) do more of your current exercises. Whereas with weight training, you can increase the weight just about every session when you first start and when you do start to stall you can progress by lifting something heavier than last time or whatever, or lift it more times, or whatever program you're doing suggests to do.

I worked out strictly body weight for maybe two years and I built a better body than most people have. Eventually I started lifting and after 30 days I put two inches on my chest and about a half inch on both arms and my waist got tighter.

Just go lift. I would do Starting Strength (squats, press, bench, cleans, deads) until you're comfortable and strong then go either do a full body split or some intermediate routine.

Also I would suggest weight training simply for the psychological benefits. I lift weights before class every other day and I feel like I run things when I get there. Most people around you probably aren't waking up at 6am to go deadlift.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I love bodyweight workouts for a change of pace, they really help with muscular endurance too as opposed to the brute strength weights can give.
