Damn, after taking a look at myself a couple months before discovering this forum I was completely beta as balls. In my head girls were wayyyy higher than me on a pedestal, and I thought it was a man's duty to worship them and always let them have their way.

I never really realized how physically and mentally attractive I really am. I went from being an opportunist to choosing who's worthy of this D. Rather than chasing girls I'm just on my own grind on improving myself, and I've never been so fulfilled and happy in my life.

The screening process is the most important I believe. A girl will ruin your life and not give a fvck, so this helps keep the crazy and toxic ones away. Filtering girls regarding their interest level is a major key as it'll make your life a lot more enjoyable.

This forum literally turned me into a man from being a *****. Huge shout out to poke and all those amazing users who provided us of all this insight.

I believe that the modern media is to blame for the prior behaviour of being a beta. They make you think you gotta be a ***** to attract women.

While letting all that information sink in had me feeling bitter and really disappointed, I feel like I've finally overcome it and feel amazing
