“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Any of you guys ever get physiotherapy? Some goddam doctor recommended I go for it because of my fvcked up knee. Nothing showed up on the x-rays. Is there any benefit to Physio?

I'm skeptical, and I have a feeling they're sending me there because I'm "too young" to have anything wrong with me.

Go for it. A doctor is not the man to ask in this case; he was right to refer you to a physiotherapist. A good chiropractor/ARTherapist is golden. Get yourself checked out and see what's up.

And squat below parallel. ;)

I'd squat, but my goddam knee is too fvcked up. That's why I haven't got into working out my lower body. The exercise bike and walking is painful enough.

Thanx, that gives me a better outlook on the whole physiotherapy thing.

Anyone else get this stuff done?

sounds like something's wrong man. if there's nothing broken (i.e. the xray shows up okay) then it's some nerve/muscle damage which can be rectified with ART or the like. I shouldn't sweat it.

I second that statement. My chiropracter has a background in sports specific rehab. Between him and the occupational therapist I was seeing chronic problems that had lasted 7 years (but I just gritted through with willpower and painkillers) were virtually eliminated in a few months.

The longer you leave it, the longer it takes for the body to revert back to normal function. Trust me I know, been there done that.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

physiotherapy is another name for physical therapy, what is wrong with your knee, in my experience a good PT can help tremendously with knee problems if you stick to the exercises and coupled with a good ART therapist and your knee will be better in no time.
