Perspective landlady seems bat**** and hot to trot

I found a nice rental in a shared home with a married couple for a great deal. The place is really nice, classy, two big rooms and private bathroom and balcony for me for dirt cheap. I went over to meet the landlady who is a married lady and her husband was there. They were both very nice, intelligent friendly, except she is batship crazy psychic healer lifecoach who communicates with ghosts and casts spells. It was really obvious she was super into me, they both liked me and I liked them to but is it possible to rationalize looking past the psychic friends. They cooked me dinner and by the time I left she was almost begging me to move in. I like the place and the price is right but is this a big red time bomb?

I used to work for this guy, he was dating a fortune teller, living out of her house, homie was real mean and definitely part of a biker gang, so one day he's out of town and she says to me "Oh im about to have a shower" which was a strange thing to tell me, but the thing was the guy had cameras pointed at his backyard from the kitchen window, but obviously the cameras were still capturing audio and I was aware of this at that time.

This woman was a bit bigger with piercing blue eyes, big tits and voluptuous lips I knew she wanted to suck it bad I would of let her and done horrific things to her but damn.

So just becareful, this probably is not his first rodeo

You may or may not be accurate, but based on my intuition I declined the tenancy.
Since then she had contacted me twice asking to come to my place.
Incidentally, she was a older woman, and her apparent level of interest was frank.
What made you suspect otherwise?

Yeah I reckon your perception of reality is not accurate.

Just because somebody is "friendly" or "a little eccentric" or is low and behold "keen to get a regular tenant"
is not a sign that she wants to be naked with you behind her husbands back.

Many people who have a warped sense of reality end up getting a rude awakening.
