Penis rush & burning in LTR?

Is it normal to get rush on your penis head while you're in an LTR? I'm uncut, and thinking this is because I don't wash after sex. GF not cheating, sure 100%. Only thing is if I or she had something from before we met.

For burning - a month ago - I took 1 antibiotic pill and it stopped. For rush I'm using antibacterial cream and it's suppose to go away in a few days.

Been to a doc with this type of rush before, she gave me an anntibiotic and antibakterial cream. Didn't find out what it was. Gonna go tomorrow and see again.

So is this normal to get **** head rush in an LTR? Looks like a lot of small red dots. Without antibacterial cream dots become white.
