Wow this is really starting to bother me now. It just started today around 6 pm. It's a pain that feels like it's behind my pnis, like on the bone part. It hurts so bad to walk so I'm just sitting here. I don't know what to do to make it go away ffs someone help me :confused:

I have a back problem and that was acting up today, any connection? Like what might have caused this? Seriously hurts ..

EDIT:// Ice is helping, but I need a better remedy + what ideas to what could've caused it :down:

Not sure where that is, but the pain feels like it's coming from the bone part behind where my pnis is at. It's like inside of me almost. First time I ever felt this and I don't like it.

You can try stretching it, there are a few websites online and you can choose the the type of exercises that you feel stretch it out the most.

Try to stretch 3x a day, in the morning, middle of your day, and before you go to sleep.

Also ice the area where the pain is coming from, 4x a day for 10 minutes.






The worst part is that I'm 19 years old, its preventing me from running and working out, I've become lethargic, and just sit around all day, hopefully in the next few days my personal trainer finds out exactly what the problem is.
Alright good, at least I know it's not someone unknown. I'll do some searches to see what I can find, but how do I go about streching an almost bone like area? I mean, it's not even a muscle, it feels like it's directly behind where my penis is at, but not the actual thing.
