So it's become the norm to exchange numbers to "text" almost no girl ever wants to talk on the phone. They "feel more comfortable texting"

Ok so here's the problem, they want to text to build some comfort before meeting but then they seem to lose interest because you come off too available from texting. It's quite irritating.

Of course there are ones who text little and are up for meeting and ones that text often and still up for meeting. But this seems to be about 5% in my experience.

Technology I feel has made this whole "courtship" 10x harder. Normal real life interactions go way more smoothly UNTIL the number exchange and then this nonsense takes its toll. Any tips?

Don't waste your texts chit chatting. Keep them few, funny, and brief....go for the meet up fast as possible. If you're worried about seeming too available wait 24 hours to respond. The goal is to meet so don't waste time setting up something.

Damned if you do, damned if you don't. Text too little and you're quickly forgotten, too much and their interest plummets. Say one thing that isn't quite right and you never hear from them again.

I always try to be finalizing the plans as I'm getting the number, or have a fun date idea in their mind so the first text I send will be nailing down a time and place to meet. You have to absolutely strike while you're fresh in their minds too.. I've found there's about a 48-72 hour window to contact them once the number is given, otherwise good luck.

If she's talking to you through a buffer i.e. texting or online only, but won't meet in person, she's not interested.
