"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Hey guys, Huffman here. One thing which is really powerful (and which I used to not do in the past) is just holding hands.

Now this might sound stupid, but if you don't have a steady girlfriend, then you're probably not used to holding hands alot. But it is a really easy and safe way to be intimate!

For example, you're in a bar and you're having great conversation, both a little tipsy, and you're thinking OK, how to get physically closer to her? Easy example, try to gesticulate and talk with your hands more, like French people haha. She will mirror you a bit, and maybe you're having fun, arguing a little, having a play fight. Your hands are in the air and boom, you're touching and holding her hand for some seconds. You can also be ballsy and just reach out and take it.

Often I'm talking to girls at bars and suddenly I notice "oh, I've been holding this girl's hands for quite some time now, how did this actually happen? :D"

But they don't seem to mind and you do it more. Keep talking while you hold the hand, so she doesn't have time to think "is this awkward?" Soon she will relax, maybe even play with your hand. And now! You have the power. Later, hold it quite strongly, like a man. It becomes easy to lead her around, or even to your place, like this. It's a good way to show assertiveness, especially if you're normally not very dominating.

What I'm getting at: compared to other Kino "moves", such as touching shoulders and hugging alot, holding hands has several key advantages:
- Easy to start, even without sitting really close at first
- Can't really overdo it, people do out for hours sometimes
- If she doesn't hate you, she will not resist much because
- it's NOT a sleazy pervert move!! Actually it's kind of romantic.
- Most of all, it is intimate! It really does turn on the girls, it's all in their head. They like to hold hands on a date, they like to hold hands during sex. To them, when you're holding hands you're not a sleazy guy trying to grope her, but you're a partner.

Recently, I've had a girl tell me "I really loved how you held me firmly (first on the date, then at the dance, then somewhere else :D), it made me feel really safe and secure." So I thought wow, I have to be more aggressive holding hands! With great great results so far.

Thought I'd share because it's horribly simple, but I never really did it before. I thought holding hands is for girls. Well it is, but in a good way :)

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
