First off just to let you know about me I am in my mid 20's good looking smart professional (I look really young...probably 19-21)
Okay I've got this "problem" I started working at this new job and things are going great for me. I've gained a lot of respect with cowworkers made office friends, and am quite popular with all of the females I work with. (the ones I work with are all the cute ones, but sadly they are all taken, but don't think for one second I won't snatch them up if things go wrong) I love my new job. One of the women that works for the same company is an older (in her mid to late 40's I am guessing) blonde. Okay now this woman in her day was more than likely a total knockout. She is tall about 6' and has gorgeous blonde hair. Very intelligent and successful.
When I see her I always approach her and say hi. she blushes. like crazy. I mean we are talking on the verge of a giggly school girl.
Lately she has been initiating conversation with me whenever she sees me even if its not the most opportune time. Like stopping in her tracks when she sees me and comming over to chat.
Now she is still attractive to me on several levels.
1. She is smart I like smart women
2. She is blonde (I love blondes)
3. She has an AMAZING rack. I mean they have to be fake, but definitely not ridiculous big pornstar boobs. No we are talking a perfectly engineered pair of 36c's
4. She's a real woman I mean there is not a bit of immaturity in her. She's sophisticated and I like that
5. She's in great shape. I mean either she works out or has gotten some work done besides the boobs, but she puts a lot of 20 year olds to shame
in the body department
6. I am curious about her "expierience level" and they say women in there 40's have crazy sex drives...
Okay so here is my problem... do I pursue this. I mean a few chats and invite to get a drink and we are on our way down this path but...
We are coworkers and that is typically frowned upon
there is a twenty year age gap makes it kind of strange
She is high up in the company... now I have heard of women
sleeping to get a head in life.... but if I did walk down this path I would gain a lot that's for sure, but I would risk losing everything also.
Would I just be her young stud that she would ride every now and then to feel young. I'm cool with that, but a serious relationship really isn't my style with girls in there 20's-30's much less 40's
Any advice or suggestions would greatly be appreciated... I've been in a lot of situations, but never something like this

and dont forget to KISS HER ON THE FOOR HEAD MAN!!! so what if she older, show your confidence, and make her feel good too .. i.e. kiss her on the foorhead and say (OHH MY GOD THAT WAS AMAZING!!!!) and look her right in the eyes when you do that... then act like a friend afterwords and let her come after you and chill whenever possible and talk about work and people at work like you buddies.....
