"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

There is a new girl at my job, she is 26 and I'm 21 but she doesnt yet know how old I am. I know I can pass for 25, but I decided I'd rather dodge the question rather than lie. If she asks, I'll say something like 'Im not quite as old as you, but I wont hold it against you."

anyway, I got her number last week but I came down with a nasty virus and have been bedridden since, so I didnt call her cuz I couldnt take her out immediately. If she asks why I havent called, I think I"ll say something c/f like 'I hope you havent been losing a lot of sleep over it." If I feel okay by Saturday I'll take her out for drinks.

So the question: how much of an obstacle is my age? Do you think dodging the age question is a good idea, or would it come off as some stupid game?

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

A universe...where heartbreak and sadness have bee
LOL...see if you can catch her on the way out of work...ask her if she wants to go grab a drink. Just in a casual way.

That's if you're worried about age.

26 to 21...it isn't really THAT big a deal.

You should never really look at age as an issue. Your focal point should be on the girl and how to have a good time with her. I dated a 23 year old when I was 19 and I asked her why she liked me when she could get so many people her age. She said "becasue you're a good looking guy, who's really nice to me and I enjoy spending time with you." Having all those bases covered will make then think less of your age and more of you the person they're with.
