“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Was curious about people's experience with nootropics and or stacks you take for cognitive improvement, memory recall, etc. Also, did anyone ever successfully quit psych meds thanks to the supplements/other methods ?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

I dislike the term nootropics because is actually has a tight definition that most things don't fall under. "Cognitive enhancers" or smart drugs is a much better term although it's vague.

Really depends on what you're looking for, but I can give a list of some of the most powerful and effective cognitive enhancers, trying to put them in order from strongest to weakest though that's really hard to say.
  • Modafinil
  • Semax
  • Selank
  • Cerebrosylin
  • Phenylpiracetam
  • Noopept
  • Alpha GPC / CDP Choline
  • Huperzine-A
Many supplements also can have strong cognitive effects such as creatine, phosphatidylserine, fish oil, uridine, l-phenylalanine / l-tyrosine...

There's also longevity/neuroprotective supplements, ie resveratrol, NMN, metformin , selegiline...

Then there's well known ones, such as caffeine, kratom and nicotine. Nicotine in particular is actually one of the most powerful cognitive enhancers ever. Not even going to mention stimulants like adderall etc, they're so far from being a nootropic it's not even worth mentioning them all.

Lastly, I've never been on psych meds so I cannot answer your 2nd question, but it would depend on what you're trying to get off. There are some possible solutions, including naltrexone, and possibly memantine. There are also things you can use to "wean off" benzos such as Phenibut, or weaning off opiates with certain Kratom strains.

You could try Lion's Mane mushroom powder. There is scientific evidence noting increased cognition and reduction in depression/anxiety, It also appears to be effective at mitigating dementia, alzheimers and parkinsons disease. And it's natural instead of chemical.
