Since I'm fairly new to my city I'm leaning towards using www.meetup.com to meet more people in person around cool activities rather than buckshotting messages to broads accross the interwebs. I predict it will be pretty good, but I'll follow up once I get out to some events.

I just finished signing up, did a very broad search and returned nothing at all lol. I think I discovered this a little early. Stick to POF for now.
