Well I have all the aspects covered, but I'm no Mr. wise guy on health and such...

So what I want to ask for help to is a diet, how to get rid of acne and a work-out schedule...

Yeah, I've read loads of articles about how to get rid of acne and tried a ****load of methods.. But I'm now asking you guys for a, down to basic, what-to-do list in how to get rid of acne. I do not, repeat, do not need to know why they're there or why your advice works.. I just need to know what to do.

And oh.. About the work-out I can't currently afford to go to the gym, however I do have a weight bar and a couple of handweights at home to use, so if you could have to use only that and what else you'll have in a normal household that would be great.

And about the diet.... Just tell me what to eat. Simply. Don't tell me why, just tell me what and when.
EDIT: It's not a diet needed to loose weight, rather a diet to simply.. Become healthy.

Hopefully you guys are able to help me, on a journey to self improvement that I am now finally ready to begin.

Forgot one thing:
Also any tips on skincare would be highly appreciated.

under a sushi bar table.
Stop eating greese food (pizza, burgers, deep friend, chinese food...)
stop drinking soda, switch to diet if you have to, basically cut down or stop processed sugar consumption.
A lot of stuff causes acne, could be genetic, smoking & drinking.

Cut down on all the stuff i listed gradually until you dont need them anymore, thats what i did, took 2 years but got my acne under control.

As far as skin care, get one of those skin scrub gloves from bed bath & beyond and scrub your face like once every two week (use face soap) to get rid of dead skin and then dry your face and use the clearasil pad.

Also wash your face with soap (soap for face preferrably) to wash away any dirt or clear pores...

Thanks, but sadly this doesn't help me alot. If I stop all that... I basicly don't eat nor drink, witch is why I need a diet telling me what to eat, during witch meal.

3 litres of water per day (I think that's about a gallon, but I'm not sure).

Stick to a diet of mainly alkaline foods: too many acidic foods leads to inflammation and will make you're acne worse.

For a list of foods that are alkalising or acidic go to http://www.rense.com/1.mpicons/acidalka.htm.

As far as working out goes, it'll be different depending on your aim: what do you want? Weight-loss, better definition, or to bulk up?

I'll try to read that list, see if I can work something out myself, however.. I suck @ this hole food thing, so if you, or someone else, would come up with a schedule of what to eat, during witch meal in a simple step-by-step manner that would be awsome!

About the workout, I'd like to go from this:

To something like this:

Others than that, thanks for your response.

No chocolate, generally less sugar, lots of vitamins, minerals and water.
Don't touch your face, it may happen unconsciously, e.g. during studiying.
Hygiene, hygiene, hygiene. Get rid of cheap face and hair products, buy decent ones. Change your bed sheets at least once a week. Lots of fresh air, sun.

I have now found a healthy foodschedule, which I'm going to try to follow, but still thanks a bunch for this tips.

Someone told you to stop eating greasy junk food and soda, and you say you cant because that would mean not eating anything..
I think we just hit on the source of your acne, and other health problems.

In todays world of instant gratification and hyper marketing, leading a healthy lifestyle requires a LOT of effort.
If you are on here asking for an exact meal plan, and cant be bothered to spend a few hours doing your own research on what constitutes a healthy diet, where is the motivation to eat properly going to come from?

But if you want somthing to just "obey" then try this if you can-

drink-
water, pure fruit juice, milk, green tea.

eat-
fresh fruit and vegetables
meat and fish, of the whole unprocessed variety.
whole grain carbs- brown bread, pasta, potatoes and similar.

if you want to eat somthing not on the lists above, its ok so long as its not excessivly processed and isnt to high in fat, sugar, salt etc. You must be the judge.

If in doubt, stick to the list I gave you and you will be very healthy in no time at all.

Cure.

I do know the source of my health problems.

Well as a matter of fact, I do have the motivation to become healthier than I currently am and I did spend loads of hours studying how to be so... I just still doesn't get it at all, which is why I'm asking for help.

And I must say, thanks a bunch for that list.
