Ok, this goes with Latinoman respect thread .....

I took " the " women out ...

she starts texting someone and after about 15 minutes I say " hey can you get a ride home or should I take you home now ? "

the texting stops and she asks me " whats wrong ? "

I tell her I don't appriciate the text messages and it needs to stop !

she try's to argue about it saying it's not disrespectful ...... it stops for about an hour then she starts texting again and says " I'm just doing it because it bothers you and you are not talking to me anyway "

I am buzzed by now and look at her and smile and say " I am buzzed, and having a good time and you won't be ruining my good time text away girlie " ......

it's obvious she's trying to piss me off, but I just smile and figure screw it, I went to have a good time and that's what I will do .......

the night comes to an end I give her a kiss and told her I will call you Sunday
........... she tells me to call her and have a good time on vacation ...

did I handle this ok or is it time to kick her to the curb ?

I know there is interest because she was laughing all night, she wasnt shy about touching and the kiss and when I met her cousin she kept telling her cousin about me ....

WTF ? ?

The girl behaves in a rude way. If you're out on a date you don't text with someone else. Here's how you should have handled it...

Nicely ask her to turn off her phone if it's a distraction to your date. If she doesn't turn it off then end the date right then and don't ever ask her out again. Unless she is waiting for an urgent call or has to keep her phone on for a valid reason, she should always turn it off out of courtesy.

If a girl is texting during your date it means that she is bored and doesn't really like you...she'd rather be texting than on the date. That's why you end the date and don't ever call her or ask her out again...she's just not very interested.

What?

I hate to nitpick grammar, but are you talking about your girlfriend?

If so, this is nothing.

I mean, you've known this girl for a while, you're hanging out at a bar on some random night, there's a lull, and she starts cleaning her nails, or scratching her butt, or texting. After an hour, you can get up and do something, too.

I don't care who she is; she wants to be seduced, not bored.

If this is a 1st date, I'd say rudeness+zero interest=next. But sitting around drinking for an hour with your girl is hardly a date.
