“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Ok, I have been asked to play guitar as part of a backing band for a rapper at a venue in London on the 26th.

It is part of a competition, the winner of whom normally is signed to a record deal and gets to play again at the end of the show.

I like to think I can play the guitar, as I have been attempting to do so for the last 6 years!

This gig however is in front of 900 people, which is a crowd quite large and I have never performed in front of this many people before, so I don't want to **** up my performance because of nerves!

You guys got any tips for me on how to build confidence to play this show?

Greatly appreciated, thanks!

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

My first thought is some xanax, valium, or ativan. I don't know if you get down like that but if you do they would be a big help at first. Although you want to watch that they don't become a crutch for too long.

Besides that remember that this isn't your last or only chance. You will wake up tomorrow and start all over again with this life. The important things in your life will still be there whether you kick ass or don't. Being a little nervous is healthy. If you didn't have any you aren't challenging yourself. Just try to keep it in perspective.

Thanks for the advice, It's not that easy for me to get hold of those narcotics so easily but i'm thinking some MDMA off my workmate might help things along.

leave the drugs alone. There is nothing wrong with being nervous, there is something wrong with not facing your fear and getting over it. Keep practicing day and night until you know you know it. play in front of friends and family as often as possible and face your fear secure in the knowledge you know what the hell you are doing.
