Well, first the sex tips:

Brother you can't apologize for what the old man gave ya. Try using some good lube like Eros or Wet Platinum. A little goes a long way. I have a similar problem and that helped me quite a bit.

I don't agree with titman very often, but in this case he is completely right.

Either she's not turned on enough when you start and you need to spend more time on foreplay, or you need to use some lubricant. I'd recommend you engage in foreplay before each session.

My friend came to me asking advice on this exact same thing. He thought he was too big for his girlfriend too, but when I heard him say he never bothers with much foreplay it all made sense.
