I've been coming to this site for a year and half now, since my marriage failed. This place has helped me realize how much of a chump I am when it comes to women and has helped me a lot, yet I need so much more to make sure I don't go back to my chump ways.
Since my marriage failed, I've dated one completely psycho single mom that I met online (will never do that again!) and banged some easily available women that really aren't to my level, but being a chump, they were easy lays.
I'm 38, and last weekend I banged this HOT 21 year old. I play ice hockey with her and have known her for a couple of years. I had a feeling she was hitting on me for the past month or so, sending me messages and dropping in there that she missed my face, she needed my company, etc. When she turned 21, she was out drinking and I told her to stop by where I was hanging with some friends and I'd buy her a beer. She actually showed up, didn't stay long, but all my friends agreed that I could bang her.
Fast forward to Saturday, I close the deal and she spends the night. We have a great night, no sleeping at all. She even showed up at my house wearing a Dodger shirt (we live in Denver, I'm from LA).
She ends up leaving around 8:30am and says text me. So we text a little, then I mention I have a work meeting at a location by her job the next day, and asked if she wants to get lunch. (I probably shouldn't have done that.) She doesn't reply back until the next morning and says she'd love to but only gets a quick lunch break. I say cool, lets hang out together soon and left it that.
I haven't heard from her since, and I'm not going to contact her. I'm going to see her Saturday, and it shouldn't be awkward but still, I'm not going to be the only one making the effort in having a conversation. I think she wants me to chase her, cause lets face it, almost every guy in her life is chasing her but she likes a-holes...and that's not me. She's probably got a d!ck ready for every day of the night, so I'm not going to try and compete.
So guys, I'm doing the right thing, right? I always get neurotic when it comes to this, and I finally feel like I'm turning a corner, yet here I am posting and asking for advice...haha. If it was a ONS, I wouldn't even fret over this. But she is a friend first, and I will have to see her once a week. I don't expect to talk to her at all until our next hockey game, and I plan on acting like nothing happened between us and keep it friendly.
What screws me up, she shows more interest in me than just a sexual thing, then totally flakes out later.
on a side note, banging a 21 year old has me now only wanting 25 and younger.
