"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Went to her birthday party, had my bro with me.

Showed up with some flowers, and a bottle of wine. She dug it.

A lot of her friends were there, not surprised to see that there was so much ppl, as she's a really cool person.

Anyway, we're all getting pretty ripped, next thing I know, she's got her ass in my face, I grab a handful. I mean, what did she expect? :)

Later, she's flashing boobies around, and I'm thinking 'we gonna fvck.'
Sometime during the evening, her best friend walks up and starts in with the 'I'm trying to find her a man for a LTR....' speech. Before she finishes, she starts in on how her friend would like to be fvcked tonight, and if I was interested in fvcking her tonight. Of course I say yes.. after all it's her birthday. ;)

So now things are poppn, and birthday girl is on the dance floor by herself dancing. My gut instincts tell me to stay of the floor as the booze is hitting a brotha hard right now. Then, my bro turns to me and says, 'Dude... she wants you on the floor.' ....I head to the floor. :) ...all the while checking out all the pretty women in the place. :D

On the dance floor, grinding, and it's so obvious that we're both a little crunked. Trying to find a rhythm on her, and not having any luck. Now I'm not groping her, or doing anything out of the norm on the dance floor, but it hits me that either we're too buzzed to dance, or we just ain't clicking on the floor. Then the DJ F's up the music, and we're left standing there... so I throw her over my shoulders and start to take her off the floor, when the DJ says something about dropping her... wtf? So I put her down, and walked off the floor. Kinda strange, but the DJ sucked.

I go back to my bro, we keep drinking, and it starts to hit me that maybe fvcking my neighbor isn't a good idea. Maybe fvcking my neighbor WITH her best friend is though, and well.... one thing leads to another and, things weren't looking so good for TLM. lol! ...at the time the idea sounded good.

Flash to present day, a week later, and my neighbor and I haven't spoke since. Her son did scrape my sidewalk, and came over to tell me his grades, but no Mommy.

If things continue as they are, then it's safe to say that not getting with my neighbor, was a good idea. Somehow, I can't seem to believe that right now.

I still love those home cook meals, and I know that should it happen, I'm going to give her everything I got. But if not..... *shrugs*

I hoped that she got some that night, she deserves it.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Dear Ladies Man,
Hmmm....Seems to me you got the hangover without going to the Party...Strange Woman....If you can't get a girls pants off on her Birthday then you never will.Have you thought that your neighbors friend might have been acting on her own initiative?....The warning is there however,if she can be petulant and bvtchy over absolutely nothing, then how are things going to be if you walk away after performing the dastardly deed?

Dear Ladies Man,
A beautiful riposte!!!.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.
