"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

VIRGIN, FAT, IGNORANT, AND UGLY

I have been lurking SS (SoSuave.net) for about the past three years. It was my friend Mike that sent me the link to the site and set me on the road to a better life.

Pretty soon, after I began lurking, it became clear to me that I was woefully ignorant and ill equipped to use the vast amount of information stored here at SoSuave.net since I could barely read or write. I had to come up with a plan.

Phase One: Learning to read and write.

I come from a very poor family, my parents worked as fruit pickers which meant we had to move a lot when I was growing up. I did not have a chance to attend school steadily to develop my academic skills to master reading and writing.

At the beginning of my arrival as SS my reading comprehension was terrible, so I had to read each article more than a dozen times before I could begin to make sense of what the poster was trying to say. Misspellings and erroneously used words made it even more difficult for me to understand what the writer was saying because my reading comprehension was so bad that I could not tell if the writer had made a mistake by using a wrong or misinterpreted word.

A dictionary soon became my friend, and once I had saved enough money to buy a computer Google became my friend. Reading the words was only the first step into learning and absorbing all this new and wonderful information, I had to discipline myself into writing the words and definitions on a paper notebook for the knowledge to stick in my brain.

It has taken about three years for me to get to this point and write this post which now concludes the first phase of my project, and the beginning of my physical improvement phase.

In the attached pictures you will see how terribly out of shape I am. But here you will be able to read on a weekly basis how I transform myself into a new Don Juan.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Great post man! If I can give you one piece of advice it's this : NEVER get complacent. Always strive to get better at anything and everything you can do.

As for losing weight. Start drinking nothing but water. Do this and then SLOWLY start to make dietary changes like eating more fruits and veggies.

Good luck man.

Wow, I'm very curious as to how this will turn out!

Good for you man, you are definitely in the right place and atmosphere to better your life and make your life something that you can be proud of!

Anyways, i will be lurking this thread for sure to see how things are going.

By the way, i realize you are a virgin, but have you ever done anything with a girl? Just curious.

And I completely agree with the above post.. complacency is one way to f*ck up your progression.

Another piece of advice: takes things slowly, change gradually, you have a whole life ahead of you, no need to rush. Even if it takes you until you are 30-40-50 it doesn't matter, at least youl have reached your goal! its not how fast you can get there its how well you build your foundation!

moving TOO fast may create the complacency effect..
