Missing Important Texts

While telephones, answering machines and email were all remarkably reliable, cell phone calls and text messages are not so reliable.

In fact, I've missed perhaps a dozen important text messages that I know about, and God knows how many we don't know about.

For this reason, if you follow the one-strike policy, you almost need to be sure it's not purely based on texting.

Keep in mind that sometimes no message is also a message... If Im important to her she will find a way.
