Robert had two symbols on his weapons, one of Order of the Nine Angels, and another one of 764 Network. Both are satanic cults that preach shootings and suicide.
Rebert Paul was a transgender. He spoke Russian, at 0:48 time in his
video manifesto he speaks Russian. He also has entire page in Russian in his written manifesto. This is however "funny" Russian, as it is just Russian words which make up English sentences. Based on religion, and skull shape, roots appear to be from western Ukraine, but pre 2014 revolution and wide spread use of ukranian "mova" modifiers. Here are quotes from his written manifesto:

First I will need to pretend I am fixing my car so I can sit when they have recess event. Then I can see the count and feel the vibe. We shall see.
Robert Paul blamed him self, he said he is not well, not right, sad person, who is hunted by thoughts that do not go away. He says he is severely depressed and been suicidal for years.
