Can anyone recommend a safe, effective metabolism booster?

I've been cursed with a slow metabolism and I was wondering of the safety and side effects of different kinds of pills and things.

I'm 17, 6'1", and 180, and I'd like to lose 20 lbs (of fat.)

I've gotten the best results from Xenadrine RFA 1. I also like Ripped Fuel. The latter I use more as an energy booster before a workout, while Xenadrine I use specifically to help me lose weight.

I'll say ECA (ephedrine + caffeine + aspirine). Probably that Xenadrine is that, just make sure it has the 3 ingredients above.
I use it at every workout before starting, it's great! VERY addictive though.
Remember to use it 4 Xs a week TOPS & leave one week off every 4 & quit for about a month every year or so, otherwise your tolerance & dependency will go over the roof.
You are lifting right? Cause no supplements are so good to lose fat like lifting.

Well, I meant supplements to help you lose weight with cardio. Even with dieting and cardio, my metabolism is still slow.

Lifting is better than cardio, since it builds muscle therefore boosting your metabolism permanently.
I don't remember if you lift or not, but it's way better than cardio, diet AND supps combined.

I do lift, but only a little bit. I'm not really interested in bulking up. I just want to become thin.
