This case is troubling on several fronts.
1) With the absence of DNA, I love the way Gloria Allred and her ilk are still adement that something happened. Maybe something did happen. But I seriously doubt that the guys involved were complict. We all know that "hell hath no fury like a woman scorned." So the lying chick probably broke her own fingernails. Or maybe they were broken when one of the guys slapped her a$$,he didn't tip her for it and she hit him. Nevertheless the lying chick wasn't raped.
2) Guys should NEVER except a lacross scholarship from Duke. It's obvious that Duke doesn't care about lacross. What really bothers me here is that the coach and the season were served up as "sacrifical lambs," for no reason. Say that a rape did happen, that's no reason for a guy to lose his job and the season to be cancelled. The BASKETBALL season wouldn't of been cancelled. Mike Kryzewski wouldn't of be forced to resign. Oh I forgot, lacross doesn't generate millions of dollars in renevue for the school and Duke doesn't want to lose one of the winniest coachs in college basketball. Duke University needs to be ashamed of itself for being souless ****s.
3) Black people are silly. Why are Black people coming to this ****'s defense? Why is this being made into a racial issue? You can't indict somebody because you believe that they should be indicted and to make up for passed racial injustices. There has to be a reason to believe that a crime was committed for the DA to issue an indictment. For the most part, DA's don't indict people unless they can prove their case. But this idiot DA has dug a hole for himself and may issue and indictment as a matter of pride and to appease the idiots of my community. It's when Blacks,(my people) do dumb things like this that has the rest of country not taking us seriously. It makes it that much harder to address and fight REAL racial inequities and injustices because we've cried "wolf," on so much nonsense.
4) EXPOSE THIS CHICK!!! The media needs to abandon this moronic and misandrist policy of "protecting the "victims" identity. Women hide behind this inane policy. They're free to accuse a guy of the most horrible of crimes while they remain anonymous. THIS NEEDS TO STOP, NOW!!!! If the press doesn't want to abandon the practice, then it needs to be done a case-by-case basis. I have no problems with withholding the name of somebody as in the case of "Central Park Jogger." Where the victim was obviously beaten and abused, but to withhold the name of chick that was "acquiesce raped," is abusrd. If these women names were known to the public, then maybe it would deter somebody from lying on innocent people.
5) Prosecute the *****. Unfortunately, when the DA drops charges. That will be the end of this case. America needs to DEMAND that people who file false police reports BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW!!! Especially in the case of rape. Being a rapist in the penitentiary IS NOT A GOOD THING!!! Rapists and child molestors have a rough go of it in the pen. They're subject to abuse or by other prisoners and possibly worse. Then there's the stigma that society puts on you. If the charges are dropped or your found innocent you'll still have some idiot chick that thinks you raped somebody. Women who do this need to do time in prison. NOT PROBATION, NOT COMMUNITY SERVICE, BUT TIME IN A CORRECTIONAL FACILITY. This accusation ruins people's lives as it should. Don't accuse somebody of the most vile and despicable of acts when it didn't happen.
I know what transpired. The lacross guys more than likely didn't pay the ***** for "services rendered," either for entertaining them, some sexual act, or the hoe felt like she wasn't being tipped properly. Then the stripper got the bright idea to make a false accusation. Don't you guys find it strange that the other stripper wasn't "raped?" I mean if these guys werer that "out of control," wouldn't the other girl had been raped, or have some sort of complaint?
Like I said this whole situation is fubar. In a perfect world, this chick would be tried, convicted, and sentenced to do her time in a male facility. Where she would get what was coming to her.
