How do you plan out what you are going to eat for a particular time period? Do you make a list of what you are going to eat or do you just kind of get a bunch of beneficial things and wing it every day? Trying to find enough varied food that I can eat a enough consistently without it getting repetitive is quite difficult. How did you do it?


For those who want to know I'm trying to bulk up a bit. And yes, this is my first post.

I would make a general outline to follow given your schedule.


Then plug in different meal options that would be realistic for that time.


You can plan every single meal out but life usually doesn't go excatly as planned so just give yourself meal options so if something comes up you won't be screwed for that meal.
