There's a correlation between the heavier weights you lift to the smaller d1ck you have... Lol

Serious weight on a compound movement like squat or deadlift takes years of hard dedicated work. I'm sure all people who achieve 500 lbs squat have small dycks.

Hello. Free weight seems to fit better. It all depends on your training, whether you have been injured or not, what your plan is for the future. Also, look at how your body feels.
