Ok so yesterday I worked my legs. Today my upper back is a little sore from the deads or squats. I was planning on working my back and biceps today. You think it would be ok to workout today?

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
