Okay guys my advice for anyone knee that grinds and make noises get it checked out as soon as you can. My story at 46 I had to get a total knee replacement. For years I knew my knee was bad. Now I knew at age 35 what my family doctor told me I might have to have a knee replacement right there. Of course being 35 not a lot of surgeons would not touch me. So I left it thinking I was ok but gained a bit more weight and it got worse over the years. So I had to see a specialist. Cortisone and a durolane shot did not help at all. As a matter of fact it, it got worse. From there my opinions were another durolane shot or surgery. I took the surgery but I knew as early as 35 from my family doctor I was getting worse. It's my own fault as I should of kept on top of it but I didn't so my advice to anyone who has questionable knee pain get it checked out ASAP.

So, I've been on the stronglift routine. Day 1 squat, shoulder press, deads. Day 2 squat, bench, barbell row.

If I cut squats, and add in replacements like: sled push, reverse hyper, and hip thrusts.., in what day should I do what?
