I read about the technique in a dan savage article. A letter was written to him by some chick that was affraid to get laid. So I thought that this can very well work for guys too. I was going to say kill the inner nice guy, BUT I thought that people would take that as meaning become a sociopath. Just knock the snot out the Inner Nice guy, and then make an example of the Inner AFC.

All you really have to do is visualize your inner AFC, put your hands arround his neck and squeeze.
