"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

Good responses. It all makes perfect sense, guys. If you get involved with someone you're not that emotionally involved with (at least not in the beginning) while she has already invested her emotions greatly, it gives her a chance to prove her worth to you. Eventually, you probably WILL become emotionally involved, but at least you are knowing that she earned it. It's not about whether you deserve her. It's whether she deserves you.
