"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

I am part owner of a medical practice that sees clients ranging from professional athletes, to special operators, to civilians hoping to achieve and maintain their peak levels of performance and wellness. In my experience with active duty and veteran patients, I find hormone imbalance to be as common and perhaps even a more common invisible injury than TBI/PTSD. 1 in 4 American males over the age of 30 already suffer from low testosterone, but I see a higher rate of incidence, often in younger patients, in my military and veteran case load. It’s easy to believe the cliche about the tough-guy soldier with too much testosterone, but the reality is often the opposite.

I personally believe that any prolonged stress or limitation of freedom messes up with your hormones, that explains the low test epidemic in the general male populations that cant be explained simply due to pollution.

My father had his testosterone tested a few years ago. Well over 600. They basically said very good for his age. He's in his 60s breathing the same air and drinking the same water.

600 for anyone above his mid 30s is very good nowadays let alone someone so old.
