I'm very new to this dating game and infact, I've had very few friends who are girls all through highschool. And almost all of them are girls I got to know through my other guy friends. My problem is I have a huge problem talking to people. Not really a problem with talking to my friends while we are hanging out, coz I can talk to their girlfriends too while we are all together, but for example, I'm sitting somewhere with my friend and his girlfriend, I can talk to his girlfriend just fine but suppose he needs to take a piss and leaves for a moment, then an awkward silence comes. And more often its the girl that says something after a while.
Its talking to girls!! I dont think its that I'm too afraid of saying something stupid. But I think I just dont know what to say. I cant talk politics to girls right? Or talk about soccer or whatever. Have any of you guys dealt with this? Its especially hard when trying to talk over the phone.
