I just fort i start bulking even though mY phsyic Is quite good From past training
So got into the whole diet Thing and Free weights No gym

So i Took My weight last week and weight in stones 11.5

I took My weight the week after that and 12

I think theirs sumthin up with my scale lol

anyway Just to let U guyz know stick to a good diet and Free weights and urll see results quick

Free weights wont gain you a whole stone in a week. Odds are that is from you eating something high in sodium and you body retaining water as a result of it. Take daily weight readings if you want to see consistancy and really tell if you are gaining mass.

I've gained half a stone in a week before. But I'll say this, it wasnt all muscle. Hardly any of it was. It was due to some insanely poor diet, only doing heavy weights, and water retention [did I just make that word up?]

If you can gain half a stone of muscle in a week, you're probably somewhere close to a world record for natural muscle gainage...

haha... what the hell is a stone?

Is that a weird english measurement of mass that I've never heard of? Over a pound, or something.... crazy, and I thought I was well versed in world measurements :p

chill man, geez. I was making a little conversation, and I know how to use google. If I was dumb enough to not know how to search, I woulda replied with one line, like "what is a stone?"

or, I woulda made a new thread, like "who measures with stones?"
