I know for some forums you can download the tapatalk app and if it's a compatible forum view topics direct from the app.

Is there an android app that does the same thing that's compatible with sosuave.net?

I just prefer to read the threads via an app rather than the browser on my phone both for battery conservation and ease of use.

No, there isn't. Just download a separate lite version of a browser and use that if you're worry about battery conservation. Considering just lowing the screen brightness will save you more in battery then what some browser runs.
