Is mustard good for you?

It seems to have alot of nutritional benefits when compared with ketchup,mayo, and bbq sauce but im curious if it's really all that healthy.

Yes I routinely use mustard seed extract when I'm preparing for a meet. It has been shown to increase serum testosterone by 433% when taken in an intramuscluar preparation and 567% when taken as a rectal suppository. Mustard also disintegrates arterial plaque and fills cavities, and is used as a topical contraceptive. Ketchup sucks.

yellow mustard is basically vinegar and ground mustard seeds. there's essentially zero nutritional value. there's also no fat or sugar, so little in the way of caloric content.

Yeah when I'm in a rut...if I hit say burger king. I'll tell em give me 3-4 whopper jrs no mayo no ketchup just mustard....mayo has soybean oil and ****, and ketchup is just sugar and ****

Mustard has tumeric which has anti-cancer fighting agents.... and I love mustard to ha.

Mmmmm, and what do you think about snorting mayonese? I've heard it's awesome for a quick burst of energy before the gym.
Don't mix it with BBQ sauce of course!!! The results are most dangerous, as was shown by that interview to that doc. in Muscle Mag a couple of months ago.
