Is Kratom any good?

Have any of you tried Kratom before? What was your experience on it?

It has mild opiate-like effects. It's now illegal where I live, it didn't used to be. If you're in the US, check your state laws.

I knew a guy that used to take it. Needles to say, he's now dead.

I've taken, didn't notice much of anything. You get a slight high for a little while, and supposed to help with inflammation or whatever.

I met Mark Bell, the documentary guy at the Arnold classic in 2019 after he had published the Leaf of Faith Documentary. He gave me several samples.. later i checked and i think as someone mentioned they are illegal in my state. I didn't take them.
