Intermittent Fasting Anyone?

Yes, a little. I eat big meals and then just give my stomach time to rest. If I eat all day, I get an indigestion.
Intermittent feels like a natural way of eating for me.
Do you lift? Count calories? What's your diet like? Goals?

IF is the sheet been doing this for about 5 years and have been literally swimming in pvssy ever since.

If you want optimal gains, try extending the fast as long as you can. I find 20 to 24 hours is the most effective, but it's also the hardest to do.

And if you REALLY want max gains, eat nothing but fish and vegetables, with a bit of sweet potato post weighlifting workout. You can thank me later :)
So do you consider that the warrior diet or just a long fast?

I really like sweet potato but is that your primary carb source? I really like rice and beans (spanish-style). White rice, not so much. Brown and yellow!

I really like fish too. But you don't eat red meat?

I lift, don't count callories, eat all kinds of stuff, including burgers and cakes, and I wan't to become more muscular. I have low bodyfat and always had, so I don't need to cut nutrition.
