"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

It has come to my understanding that people that grew up in a closed, secure environment are most likely to develop the condition we call "fear of rejection and/or approach".It is common sense that if you push yourself to be rejected again and again eventually you will eradicate this problem, but usually the trip ends here because the real question would be..how do i come over the first few times?

"Grab your balls and do it" will give you the desired results but the problem will not resolve it self before 20-30 approaches/attempts at closure, and you still will have a minor blink of doubt everytime. The problem is routed elsewhere -in my opinion- and has nothing to do with women at all.I believe the modern way of life has our subconscious thinking that we will live forever, that we have all the time in the world, this leads to another major problem, procrastination.

Sarging/seducing is nothing but a miniscule challenge life has to offer but it is enlarged to an unsurpassable mountain because living in the 21st century has no challenge at all.Surviving is not an everyday struggle but given for granted. So how do we flatten this mountain?

Pain, pain is one of the greatest teachers,it is the warning of impending danger.I do not advocate massochism or anything like that but if you force yourself in physically painful situations (fighting, weight lifting) and take other kinds of unneccesary risks (fast driving, extreme sports) you will rewire your brain and suddenly "fear" of approaching, kinoing,"making a move" becomes obsolete because it is undermined by new, real challenges.

Embrace change and take risks in your everyday life,it will wear off on djing and sky-rocket your confidence. An image analogy would be this: you're scared of stepping on an ant,you can push yourself and repeatedly do it but what if you fight hand-to-paw with a lion and win? the fear of ants is obsolete.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
