ingrown hair in your arms - any suggestions?

I have ingrown hair on my arms, not the forearm but the one with the biceps and all that...they look incredibly disgusting, I know a lot of people have these but then, I don't wanna have it. It makes me less confident to wear a wife beater or a muscle shirt, so any suggestions to getting rid of these would be most helpful thankz.

Hm, what about laser hair removal? Expensive but permanent. Otherwise you're left with the obvious - shave, wax, etc.

The problem isnt that he has hair on his arms, it's that he has INGROWN hair. The only way to get rid of it is to use some kind of exfoliant...don't use facial exfoliant, that's too gentle for your arms. Get the body scrub that has "gravel" in it.
