"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Hey Folks just my observation..when I went both to Sydney and Melbourne..Most of the weekend evenings I saw Aussy ladies with Aussy guys, Chinese ladies with chinese dudes and other Asian people with their Asian partners..is that the dating norm there or what...

But on the other hand I saw group of noisy dudes where there were three aussies, two CHinese and one Indian ..

Similarly, I saw ladies from multiculrtual background hanging out with the local ladies there in pubs and groups..

Is that the "friendship" versus "dating" culture thing?

The number of cross-cultural people dating are down to the minimum..but they all go the same places such as Hard Rock Cafe or some local discs...

Is it different is UK or US for that matter...??

In Sydney there are only two groups - Asians and the rest. Asians stick together and hate on the rest. The rest don't give a **** about the Asians. It's a nice balance.
