Important- Investments Information

Anybody here know about a safe, guaranteed investment, with a high rate of return.

Here's what I wanted to do. I wanted to go out and purchase some real estate in some strong markets, pay little to nothing down, put the remaining equity in the side investment earning a high rate to pay off the house, so when it sells, that's a total cash flow.

Problem is, I don't know of a little side fund thats safe and guaranteed. Anybody know of one, I want a good 8-9 percent return if possible.

Normally in investment, "safe" and "high return" are an oxymoron. Because if such things exists, EVERYBODY would be doing it.

The only thing I can see is insider trading. First, it's illegal; second, even if you still wanna do it, you need to have contact, know the right people. So...:nono:
