If my accident or AFC wuss behavour you managed to put your sorry butt in the friend zone but it is still early on is there steps to get out of it?

The only thing you can do is reduce contact with her and use that time to meet new women. Once your talking with other women she'll feel this from you and it may change her view. Good luck.
